▸ simple/abstract pattern backgrounds are free, transparent bg png can be provided upon request free of charge
▸ props, minimal backgrounds (ex. a chair, pillows) don't require an extra charge
▸ interaction art is by default two characters ; creatures/pokemon/animals vary
▸ additional charge may be applied for bigger or more complex characters/props as well as complex poses/ideas------will draw :
▸ moderate&extreme gore + any other sensitive/potentially triggering content (multiple eyes, vomiting, body horror)
▸ any kind of ship (ocxcanon, canonxcanon, ocxoc) that doesn't include irl people (personas are ok)
▸ any body-type, sex, facial hair, age, wrinkles
▸ anthro/furry ; simple/partial mecha ; feral/animal ; pokemon/any other creature▸suggestive & NSFW artwork - pretty much anything that isn't shota/loli, bestiality or underage, i like the gatoverse im into weird shit -- minors will be blocked on sight, examples can be found on toyhou.se or my nsfw accounts (not linked in the social tabs - ask for it in dms if you wanna)------
by commissioning me you affirm that you have read and agree to the following terms of service - failure to abide by them may lead to a blacklist or discontinuation of service without refund
apply common sense when something isn't specified, have empathy and stuff - or just ask if unsure!!
♥ PAYMENT ♥
- all payment must be fully delivered after rough sketch has been confirmed. payment must be sent within 48h of the confirmation.
- by default, listed prices are considered the minimum, not maximum, complexity fees may apply - in which case the client will be informed before i start the commission------♥ USAGE OF COMMISSION ♥
- all my commissions are for personal use only and are not to be used for commercial purposes.
- using my art for AI generation, NFTs or other cryptocurrency related projects is also not permitted.
- you are free to edit my art however you wish, as long as i am credited as the original artist, the sole purpose of the edit isn't to remove my watermark(s), the edit isn't hateful/malicious in nature and it stays recognizable as my art.------♥ REFUNDS ♥
- client requested refunds are not available
- i will provide a refund if i am unable to finish the commission------♥ FINISHED PRODUCT ♥
- the final artwork will be sent to you through your preferred method of communication (most likely - discord).
- after it has been sent, no major changes (individual colors, posing) can be made, small alterations (saturation, brightness) can be applied.
- you may not claim my artwork as your own, and have to credit me whenever posting it by username or (preferably) linking back to any of my social media accounts (preferably bsky or twitter), this carrd or my toyhou.se.------♥ COMMUNICATION ♥
- communication will happen through discord (@krenia) or the preferred social media of the commissioner (usually, toyhou.se)
- i will not tolerate rude, entitled or disrespectful behavior and may cancel the commission without refund if it repeats numerous times (go with your gut and don't be a dick!)
♥ TURNAROUND TIME ♥
- on average the commissions are finished 2-8 weeks after payment, but they may take longer!
- specific deadlines are not available.
- Feel free to ask about the commission progress at any time!! Just be reasonable and don't spam me everyday, please (every 2-3 days is fine, though i probably won't have much to say!)------♥ WIPS ♥
- you will receive two mandatory wips during the commission process - rough sketch and later lineart + color to confirm everything looks the way it's supposed to. you may ask for wips or updates at any time during the commission process.
- surprise/skeb commissions are available, please specify while ordering that you wish to not receive wips------♥ REVISIONS ♥
- unlimited revisions available during the sketch phase
- no major revisions during the lineart/flat color stage (posing, outfits etc.), unlimited minor revisions (colors, expressions, any small details) - exception is if i missed something specified during sketch phase or something important to the character's design, in which case even major revisions will be done.
- look to your left for finished product------♥ OTHER ♥
- i may decline your commission without stating a reason.- i do not work on the 'first come first serve' basis, smaller/easier to do commissions might end up being finished faster than complicated ones- the final commission may be posted on my social media and/or used as a commission example/in my portfolio.- minors attempting to commission suggestive/nsfw artwork will be blocked on sight- wow you read all of this? congrats! and thanks! i sometimes forget how much detail is here and end up repeating myself,,
